We are seeking a skilled Marketing Leadership professional to join our Fresenius Medical Care North America team. As a Senior Executive, Marketing, you will play a vital role in shaping our global marketing strategy and direction.

This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our company's overall objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of marketing communications strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with external partners to achieve marketing objectives. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
  2. Lead the development and execution of marketing communications strategies.
  3. Manage cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  4. Collaborate with external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
  5. Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize ROI.
  6. Lead the production of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, video, and animations, roll-ups, and gimmicks to meet brand objectives and customer needs.
  7. Execute marketing events, including conferences, seminars, booth exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and product launches, ensuring all alignment with compliance.
  8. Develop and execute marketing communications strategies across digital platforms channels; oversee content creation in VEEVA, drive EDGE digital campaigns for customers, and integrated marketing services that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create impactful marketing collateral and campaigns.
  10. Oversee public relations activities, including media engagement, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
  11. Coordinate web content updates, corporate mailings, and direct mail, digital platforms (e.g., social media accounts, EDGE).
  12. Analyze digital trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
  13. Lead and coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets, such as photo libraries, videos, and testimonials.
  14. Oversee website management, ensuring optimal user experience and content relevance.
  15. Analyze customer behavior and market trends to enhance marketing strategies and product positioning.
  16. Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  17. Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
  18. Plan and track sponsorships, third-party events, samples, and product evaluation compliance applications.
  19. Monitor and report project expenses and process invoices with account payable.
  20. Other support and administrative activities as needed for the marketing department.
  21. Shape and maintain strong digital and communication strategies to enhance brand presence.
  22. Achieve customer and business growth through digital and communication excellence.

Essentials:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years working experience in marketing or relevant experience with a proven track record in developing long and short-term marketing communication and digital strategies.
  3. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, tech-savvy, and strong expertise in digital social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  4. Good presentation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  5. Hands-on experience on relevant software like Power BI, Canva, MS Office, Adobe, etc.
  6. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Experience in managing agencies, vendors, and marketing allocated budgets.
  8. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  9. Experience working in a healthcare environment will be an added advantage (including dialysis business management experience, preferably).
  10. Must be highly motivated, results-oriented, commercially adept, articulate, and confident.
