We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Coordinator to join our team at Businesslist. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing service activities related to rotating equipment.
Your primary focus will be on independently planning and scheduling new installations, maintenance, and service activities for our Field Service personnel. This includes calculating and issuing quotations for service, troubleshooting, new installation, and commissioning.
You will also draw up specifications for site subcontractors, evaluate their quotations, and select qualified subcontractors in collaboration with our Field Service pool. Additionally, you will coordinate and communicate with all parties involved in field service activities, arrange kick-off meetings, and conduct site inspections.
An essential part of this role is arranging necessary documentation and work instructions for Field Service staff, including risk assessments and HSE evaluations. You will also facilitate staff exchange with Global Organization Pools and arrange consumables, tooling, and other required equipment.
This position requires strong technical and administrative skills, as well as the ability to provide support to Field Service personnel during site assignments. You will ensure that all work is clearly reported and documented, conduct cost control and financial completion for each project, and maintain quality documentation.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of practical experience working with rotating equipment. Your knowledge of local technical standards and turbomachinery expertise is crucial. Strong networking skills, intercultural competence, and excellent analytical thinking are also essential.
