Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of refrigeration systems, including ammonia-based and Freon systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot refrigeration system issues to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards for handling refrigerants.
- Monitor and maintain AHUs to ensure proper air circulation, cooling, and humidity control.
- Perform routine cleaning of filters, coil maintenance, and air balancing.
- Troubleshoot airflow issues, temperature inconsistencies, and mechanical faults.
- Ensure the functionality and compliance of fire protection systems, including fire extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, and hydrants.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and servicing of fire safety equipment.
- Assist in fire drills and emergency preparedness.
