The successful candidate will be responsible for administering private trusts, managing estates, drafting and finalising trust documents, and providing monthly reports to clients.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Trust Administration: Administer private trusts, including expenses payment, distribution to beneficiaries, placements, settlement of purchase and trade, billing of trustee fee, and collection.
- Estate Administration: Manage the administration of estates, including compiling assets and liabilities, and transferring assets by engaging with beneficiaries and lawyers.
- Document Drafting and Finalisation: Draft and finalise trust deeds and letters of wishes for private trusts, insurance trusts, and estate administration trusts.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly reports to clients through the consolidation of fund manager reports, fund house reports, and bank statements.
- Candidate Development: Offer coaching and advice to squad members to enhance their skills and performance.
- HNW Client Relationship: Develop and maintain relationships with direct HNW clients, handling consultation, proposal, documentation, and onboarding tasks.
- Operational Manual Maintenance: Check and update operational manuals (OM) on a yearly basis and as needed due to changes in process flow.
