About the Role

This internship opportunity is designed to support the Marketing Communications team in planning and executing marketing communication strategies for both Investor and SME segments. The role involves tracking and analyzing marketing initiatives performance, preparing performance reports, and assisting with other marcomm tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with the Marcomm team to implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies targeting both Investor and SME segments.
  • Contribute insights and ideas to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market and industry trends to foster segment and organizational growth.
  • Take an active role in tracking, consolidating, and analyzing performance metrics for all marketing initiatives, including those developed through partnerships and internally.
  • Assist the team in coordinating with various business units to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, promoting alignment and synergy across the organization.
  • Support the team in managing social media activities, including scheduling posts, generating reports, and engaging with comments.
  • Support the team by participating in both offline and online events alongside the team, assisting with setup and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Be flexible and responsive to additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements

We seek applicants with the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate students in a degree in Marketing/Mass Comm/Communication or any related field.
  • Proactive, independent, results-oriented, and highly motivated individuals.
  • Value-adding team players with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities.
  • Highly creative individuals with basic experience in planning and executing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of written and oral Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Possess good communication styles and is able to leverage the team's abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design, editing, and recording skills for campaign and social media purposes.
