  3. Order Processing: Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring seamless delivery of products.
  4. Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory management, including updating stock details, conducting stock counts, and generating reports.
  5. Customer Service: Attend to customer complaints and other customer-related services, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Team from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring smooth project execution.
Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Artwork Knowledge: Basic artwork knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (AI) and PDF editor.
  3. ISO 9001 Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be an advantage.
  4. Communication Skills: Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines in a high-energy and fast-paced environment, with good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
