We are seeking an exceptional Program Management Specialist to join our team at PNE Industries Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies.
This role involves serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination. You will also be responsible for leading and managing the quotation process, overseeing product start-up initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across relevant departments.
- Lead and manage the quotation process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough outcome evaluation.

- Facilitate coordination among all pertinent departments to fulfill customer requirements and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular internal meetings to review and enhance quality and delivery performance, offering coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to monitor the progress of customer models effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or program management role, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships, overseeing project start-ups, and leading cross-functional teams.
