Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Lead to join our team at Businesslist. This role involves leading the team to debug and resolve day-to-day production quality issues.

The successful candidate will work with internal departments to determine quality procedures, standards, systems, and specifications. They will also plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality guidelines.

This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a quality-related field and knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to debug and resolve production quality issues
  • Determine quality procedures, standards, systems, and specifications
  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products
  • Analyze customer complaints and ensure closure in accordance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines
  • Create and document quality performance analysis reports and quality levels
  • Provide training and technical advice to the quality assurance team

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Professional certification (such as Six Sigma, SPC, Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, etc)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications, and databases
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in a quality-related field
  • Work experience in a plastic injection manufacturing company will be a plus
