  4. Continue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales

  7. Commercially drive sales in a customer-focused sales environment
  8. Motivate, coach and develop the team
  9. Manage store Profit and Loss (P&L) and costs
