Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior management on organizational development matters.
  • Manage human resource functions, ensuring the provision of advice on HR matters.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and payroll.
