About the Role:

Zapin Holdings Sdn Bhd is looking for a highly skilled CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE to join our team. As a Contract Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts and agreements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts, including renewal dates, expiration dates, and performance clauses.

You will also be responsible for conducting research on relevant laws and regulations, and providing expert opinions or memos based on your findings.

In addition to these duties, you will:

  • Ensure the company's compliance with statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • File necessary forms and returns with government authorities.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with external lawyers, regulators, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with these parties.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a legal or similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, with Mandarin being an asset for interacting with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
