Main Responsibilities- Report Management & Delivery: Oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) report delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission within standard SLAs.
- Report Development & Enhancements: Design and develop new reports and implement change requests for both Taiwan and Hong Kong markets, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create tailored reporting solutions.
- Business Intelligence & Data Visualization: Leverage BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations, staying updated with the latest BI trends and functionalities.
- Process Optimization & Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes and quality control measures to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Business Intelligence Lead in driving BI revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities within the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in Traditional Chinese and English.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and develop in the field of business intelligence and analytics.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various business units and adapt to evolving business needs.
