Key Responsibilities
  1. Regularly inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  2. Communicate policies and procedures to subordinates and related personnel for responsible duty execution.
  3. Monitor critical control points and process parameters to identify deviations and implement corrective actions in line with HACCP principles.
  4. Evaluate and ensure GMP, HACCP, and FSSC procedure compliance, documenting and updating records as needed.
  5. Accurately maintain inspection results, test data, and quality control documentation for traceability and regulatory compliance.
  6. Supervise and manage factory employees to meet OSHA, F&M act, and other statutory requirements, including certifications from HALAL, ISO, or HACCP.
  7. Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and quality incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
  8. Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to address quality issues, optimize processes, and implement improvements.
  9. Develop and update quality control procedures, work instructions, and SOPs to reflect best practices, regulatory changes, and industry standards.
  10. Update packaging material artworks according to regulatory changes.
  11. Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation, data analysis, and corrective action plans as required.
  12. Train quality and production personnel on quality control procedures, food safety practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  13. Collect and receive certificates and licenses from authority bodies.
  14. Address product queries and customer complaints within a 24-hour time frame.
  15. Liaise with external labs on quality testing and provide guidance on quality assurance and control activities.
