We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Energy Site Lead to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and Manage Construction Sites: Regularly inspect construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.\
  • Supervise and Coordinate Contractors: Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors to ensure efficient project completion.\
  • Develop and Implement Safety Protocols: Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and develop procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.\
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance and performance.\
  • Analyze Blueprints and Specifications: Analyze blueprints to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.\
  • Improve Operational Efficiency: Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to improve efficiency.\
  • Perform Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.\

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.\
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience.\
  • Certification: Certified chargeman will be an added advantage.\
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Solar Energy Industry is a plus.\
  • Language Skills: Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.\
  • Time Management: Good time management and planning skills.\
  • Personality Traits: Independent, proactive, responsible, and committed personality.\
  • Transportation: Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently.\
