Office Manager cum Financial Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager cum Financial Specialist to join our team at IGS Global Solution Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both financial and administrative functions, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and providing general office support.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Processing and managing invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Preparing monthly financial reports and assisting with budget forecasting.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Assisting in tax filings and audits as required.
- Handling accounts payable/receivable and ensuring timely payment collections.
