Job Description

We are seeking a Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Teleperformance, driving business transformation and delivering strategic change initiatives across our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with Operations leaders to develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. This will involve conducting analysis and providing recommendations on organizational design, process improvement, and cultural transformation.

You will design and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption of changes, as well as develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
  2. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on organizational design, process improvement, and cultural transformation
  3. Design and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption of changes
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
