The Team

The APAC Marketing Strategy team is responsible for shaping the overall marketing and brand strategy for SEEK in the Asia Pacific region.

They work closely with segment, product, channel, and country teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive effective planning, coordination, and performance across the APAC Marketing team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for candidates or hirers in the APAC region.

This senior role involves close collaboration with product, channel, and country teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives and market demands.

In this role, you will be tasked with strategically addressing challenges, providing expert advice on crucial marketing decisions, and setting measurable targets for the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive effective planning, coordination, and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and leading marketing strategies in a regional or global context, ideally within the APAC region.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of aligning marketing priorities with business strategy and company objectives.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to influence strategic direction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of conducting detailed analysis and providing strategic insights.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, including experience with marketing performance metrics, customer analytics, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting executive-level presentations.
