Job Overview

This is a key leadership position in our team, requiring a strong background in production supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to effectively manage a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Production Activities: Coordinate and oversee daily production activities according to established schedules.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, communicate, and organize the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
  3. Workforce Management: Organize work assignments, prepare schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  4. Employee Development: Oversee and coach employees to improve performance and productivity.
  5. Safety and Maintenance: Ensure safe use of equipment, schedule regular maintenance, and enforce strict safety guidelines.
  6. Quality Control: Check production output according to specifications and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Submit reports on performance and progress, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate Qualifications: Certificates/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering Mechanical/Electric & Electronic or equivalent.
  2. Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Machinery Experience: Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
  4. Leadership Abilities: Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of success.
  5. Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-driven, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
