About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Associate to join our team at Malaysianbar. As a Conveyancing Associate, you will be responsible for handling sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements for both direct purchase from developer and sub-sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements for both direct purchase from developer and sub-sale.
• Work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of conveyancing transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Possesses a valid practicing certificate.
• Experience in relevant field preferred but not essential. Training and guidance will be provided by the firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and handle matters with minimum supervision.
• A team worker and an initiative-seeker.
• Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges.
• Pleasant, friendly and able to get along with others.
