Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of the Certification industry.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Prospecting and acquiring new leads through proactive sales efforts;
  2. Building relationships with consultants for lead generation;
  3. Developing new markets in collaboration with Operations and Back Office staff;
  4. Supporting customer retention and ensuring renewals are closed and minimizing attrition;
  5. Managing customer accounts assigned, including Recertification and upselling;
  6. Reviewing Contracts, RFPs, and Tenders, and complying with Commercial guidelines;
  7. Identifying market trends, needs, and competitor activities and reporting on a timely manner;
  8. Handing over tasks to Operations through effective communication and documentation;
  9. Preparing sales strategies, including marketing plans;
  10. Representing BV at industrial events, conferences, and being the face of BV;
  11. Contributing to ideas for brochures and building up track records for marketing;
  12. Updating visual presentation materials (e.g., Presentation slides);
  13. Conducting presentations on Bureau Veritas Certification services;
  14. Customer Relationship Management using sales tools (e.g., Salesforce), Certificate Handover, and effective resolution of customer complaints;
  15. Professional negotiation, internal and external stakeholder management;
  16. Cross-selling with other departments, having a solution selling/consultative selling mindset;
  17. Timely Salesforce update and clean pipeline;
  18. Any other job functions assigned from time to time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline;
  • Excellent listening, spoken, read, and written English skills;
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or equivalent, preferably with at least 1 year in a Certification Body;
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce;
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a proven track record in sales.
