Global Accounts Payable Lead

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the management of end-to-end Accounts Payable & finance processing in a high-volume environment, preferably within an SSC/BPO setting.
  2. Directly manage team leads with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in managing transactional accounting teams.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Maintain expertise in accounting principles and stay updated on relevant industry developments.
  5. Advise on transactional activities, such as AP, AR, Cash, etc., and manage system implementations.
  6. Leverage enterprise systems, like IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, to streamline processes.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address areas for improvement.
  8. Analyzing and resolving discrepancies in financial data.
