  • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management procedures, processes, and tools that align with our company's framework and policy.
  • Lead the development and implementation of project risk management plans and controls, leveraging various tools, processes, and systems to effectively manage risks for assigned projects.
  • Facilitate risk workshops (internal and external), review meetings, and other ad-hoc or risk-related workshops to support project control managers and teams.
  • Plan and conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards, collaborating with internal and external auditors as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to enhance risk awareness and competency within our organization and projects.
  • Consolidate project risk registers in our risk database, update and maintain data for further analysis and reference.
  • Deliver regular organizational risk status reports to management and perform data analytics at a portfolio level to maximize end-to-end Life Cycle Value (LCV).
  • Assist in proposal and FEED projects (when assigned) on risk management activities during bids and proposals to facilitate the definition of risk contingencies and response actions.
  • Collaborate with project control teams (project controls manager, planners, and cost controllers) to prepare and perform quantitative risk analysis (QRA) to model risk exposure and determine cost and schedule contingencies.
  • Work with the project MOC coordinator and relevant stakeholders to assess impacts and risks from associated changes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, management, or any other relevant field of study.

Certification(s):

  • Risk management-related certification from a recognized association (e.g., PMIRMP, RIMS-CRMP, PRM) is an added advantage.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 certification is also an added advantage.

Relevant Experience:

  • More than 8 years of experience in a project-related field in a similar environment or 5 years of direct risk management experience at a project or enterprise level (an added advantage).
  • Experience in championing and driving improvements into an organization through process changes.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, along with logical thinking.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
