The Visual Merchandising Manager plays a pivotal role in elevating the luxury retail experience by designing and implementing innovative merchandising strategies that effectively showcase our products, captivate customers, and drive sales.
This role requires a deep understanding of the practical needs of counter-level visual merchandising to maximize product visibility and optimize sales potential.
A key responsibility includes leading the installation and implementation of visual guidelines across all stores in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Additionally, this role involves ensuring the quality of hard merchandising aligns with the brand's standards and supporting product launch animations and events in local markets.
To be successful in this position, you should have at least 4-6 years of relevant Visual Merchandising experience in the retail industry.
A diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or any design-related field is also preferred.
This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple projects concurrently, requiring strong project management skills and ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
