You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, sales, and brand loyalty for Care Bears in Malaysia.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring the Care Bears world to life, utilizing various channels such as retail, digital, and experiential.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
  2. Work closely with licensors, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  3. Establish and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders, malls, and media outlets.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong social media presence for Care Bears Malaysia.
  6. Liaise with sales and merchandising teams to coordinate promotional activities.
  7. Manage marketing resources and timelines efficiently.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, licensing, or retail.
  3. Strong portfolio in branding and experiential marketing.
  4. Familiarity with licensed IPs or entertainment brands is a significant asset.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing, influencer management, and event planning.
  6. Able to think creatively, resolve problems proactively, and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a plus.
