Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our project management team in delivering successful projects to our clients.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience on projects in various sectors, including hi-tech and data centres.
  • You will be supporting senior project managers on a variety of works for our various clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist project managers and directors in developing project control systems.
  2. Report to clients as part of the project management team.
  3. Draft project programmes and monitor progress against those programmes.
  4. Manage key project issues and monitor costs against approved budgets.
  5. Develop and maintain risk registers as part of the project management team.
  6. Deliver contract administration services as required.
  7. Manage change control processes and prepare detailed implementation plans.
  8. Liaise with local authorities to ensure works are authorized.
  9. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  10. Implement quality assurance systems to produce high-quality work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
  • Appreciation of project management principles.
  • Technical qualification in project management or another technical profession.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (desired).
  • Minimum 5 years' technical expertise in construction projects.
  • Good technical writing skills and knowledge of reading drawings and tender documents.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, self-starting, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
