Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled NPI Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at TF-AMD Penang. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving yield and quality improvements through Lean Six Sigma approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Yield and Quality Improvement:
  • Analyze and improve process yields and quality using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in yield and quality improvement.
  • Work closely with process development teams to implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Material/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic)/Applied Science (Physic) or any relevant education background.
  • Proven track record of success in yield and quality improvement, with expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
