Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic projects under Global IT, delivering solutions to our Corporate Sustainability team and driving digital transformation at Hilti. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management teams in designing overall projects and developing implementation plans and project timelines.
  • Identify and develop working relationships with affected Business and IT functions at all levels, ensuring representatives from all functions are kept informed of project activities.
  • Advise process teams on cross-functional considerations, workflow integration, and optimization of best practices.
  • Provide communication with and between project and respective functional management at critical points in the implementation of the project plan.
  • Ensure that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in driving impact through ESG initiatives in sustainability.
  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager and/or Product Owner.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
