Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Centre Operations: Ensure the centre operates efficiently, providing high-quality patient care and maintaining cleanliness.
  2. Staff Performance: Supervise and support staff to ensure they are working effectively and delivering high-quality patient care.
  3. Patient Safety: Oversee the safety and well-being of patients, ensuring that their needs are met.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of patient care, centre operations, and staff performance.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with the clinical department, operation department, doctors, and nephrologists to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing with Post-Basic in Renal Nursing
  • More than 5 years of experience in dialysis nursing with good management, administration, and planning skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
