Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Manager for Quality Assurance to join our team at Jabil Circuit. In this role, you will provide technical support to the Quality Assurance Department, focusing on enhancing product quality and yield.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Monitoring production line yields and identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborating with team members to analyze process yields and implement corrective actions.
  3. Aiding in data collection and following up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
  4. Maintaining open communication channels throughout the production line and ensuring seamless shift transitions.
  5. Participating in MRB meetings to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.
  6. Guiding Quality Technicians in creating effective visual aids for inspections and collecting key dimension data for SPC analysis.
  7. Ensuring process compliance with Deviation Authorization and staying updated on changes to effective and expiry dates.
  8. Contributing to the implementation of new processes and following up on estimated effective dates.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be familiar with quality control procedures.
