Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Hematology, Pathology, and Biochemistry to provide accurate research and disease state information to internal staffs and healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate product portfolios for performance verification during new product introductions and product life cycles.
  • Design and deliver CME programs for healthcare professionals, providing unrestricted educational medical information related to our products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) across various disciplines.
  • Train internal Sales teams on technical expertise to promote products to target market segments.
  • Conduct Method Verification, Evaluate analytical performance based on clinical decision/biological variation, Preliminary evaluation, and verification of manufacturer's claims, linearity studies, limit of detection, and Reporting of Method Verification.
  • Troubleshoot quality control issues, inaccuracy, external quality assurance, software, and application-related problems.
  • Support marketing activities by attending events and exhibitions.
  • Answer tender specifications.

Requirements:

  • Compulsory - Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotech, or Life Science studies or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to translate and explain complex technical knowledge in understandable terms.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • A competitive salary commensurate with experience and additional traveling allowances.
