About the Role
As a Jacket Installation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the construction of offshore structures, working closely with our team to ensure timely completion of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, compliance with contract requirements, and managing relationships with subcontractors and clients.
Main Responsibilities
• Works to a 90-day look-ahead schedule and directs all field personnel and subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
• Ensures all work is executed in compliance with Contract requirements, Petrofac Management System requirements and associated procedures and all relevant standards and national and international standards, as appropriate.
• Contributes to the development of plans, schedules, and estimates for individual work scope.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• At least 8 years of experience in direct hire construction with an international oil & gas EPC company and with subcontractors.
• Experience working in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS/FSU), Middle East, and/or North Africa is preferred.
• Prior experience working with a diverse international workforce is also beneficial.
