We are seeking a highly skilled Global Planning Analyst to join our team at Intel Corporation. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting Assembly/Test Planning in end-to-end processes. Your main responsibilities will include executing supply analysis to support Assy Test response and execution, maintaining accurate A/T schedules, driving timely factory responses, and ensuring system synchronicity.

You will need to coordinate issue resolutions and collaborate with stakeholders for options feasibility and implementation. Additionally, you will identify and drive systems and business process improvements to increase efficiency and achieve productivity targets. Your analytical skills will enable you to interpret data by analyzing trends and patterns using statistical analysis, drawing conclusions, and making preliminary recommendations on process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field. You will require at least 2 years of work experience in a technology company and must possess fluent written and verbal English skills. Advanced Excel and Data Analytics Skills are also necessary.

This role demands a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills (LEAN methodology an advantage) as well as statistics knowledge in Demand forecast. The ideal candidate should also exhibit attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, and flexibility and adaptability to change, customer orientation.
