Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls.
  • The successful candidate will ensure all transactions are processed and properly recorded.
  • Duties include preparing and reconciling bank statements, processing and recording monthly invoices, and making monthly payments.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain proper accounting records and filing, as well as process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, the successful candidate will also be responsible for record-keeping and tracking team leave.
  • Assistance to management is also required, including liaising with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
  • The role also involves managing office maintenance, servicing, and supplies.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have experience in general account, finance, and relevant areas.
  • Knowledge of GST is preferred.
  • We seek resourceful individuals with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills are necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible, efficient, and structured with attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure, candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work are required.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred.
