About the Role

The SOC Analyst is a key member of our CyberSOC team, responsible for conducting in-depth security investigations and collaborating with peers on incident response.

As a SOC Analyst, you will:

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and containment techniques by working closely with our Threat Intelligence team and CERT.
  • Analyze security events raised by our tooling and take appropriate measures to mitigate them together with the customer's security department.
  • Develop and improve playbooks within our SOAR used to automate investigations & remediation procedures.
  • Collaborate with CyberSOC teams to implement new threat scenarios in our customers' context.
  • Provide guidance to customers on cyber trends.
  • Contribute to our mentorship program towards other SOC analysts.
  • Establish trust relationships with customers and minimize risks based on their business.
