Loan Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Specialist to join our team at OCBC. As a Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our mortgage loan business while providing loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase mortgage loan sales and revenue growth.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on loan options and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and sell mortgage insurance and other banking products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including mortgage loans and insurance.
