As a Business Growth and Engagement Executive at Logitech Inc., you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business in Malaysia by building strong relationships with decision makers, influencers, and champions. Your goal will be to understand their needs and match our solutions to those needs, resulting in desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing top corporate/enterprise/government/education accounts within Malaysia, understanding customer pain points, decision criteria, and process, and maintaining an accurate project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed sales quota.
Additional responsibilities include creating client presentations, doing hands-on solutions demos, proposing and quoting, and following through until closure. You will also work with Inside Sales and Marketing, respond promptly to leads from various sources, qualify, convert, and close MQLs.
Other key responsibilities include working and collaborating with internal stakeholders including Inside Sales, Sales Engineer, Channels, Distribution, Finance, and Marketing functions, being part of channels Quarterly Business Review, adding value to customers' projects and pipeline, developing a list of strategic accounts, developing and regularly updating account plans, engaging with alliance sales team on joint-sales pursuit.
In addition, you will have responsibility to maintain an accurate project pipeline and sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, ability to sell into large corporate/enterprise/government/education accounts, experience in selling Unified Communications (UC), Workspace, and Cloud solutions, ability to prospect net new customer logos, maintain business with existing accounts, do hands-on solutions demos, execute successful Proof of Concept (PoC), build account plans for strategic accounts, proficient in using Salesforce.com, experience responding to RFP/RFQ/ITQ/Tender, influential communicator, skillful presenter, collaborative nature, and a team player.
