Location: Seri Kembangan, Mines Shopping Mall.

We are seeking a diligent and adaptable optometrist to provide professional consultation to customers and achieve monthly personal sales targets.

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide accurate refraction skills.
2. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our retail business.
3. Ensure the accuracy of refraction skills and provide expert advice on eyewear.
4. Assist customers with fitting glasses or contact lenses, after obtaining prescriptions from optometrists.
5. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Offer expert advice on the styles and characteristics of eyewear to best suit customers' needs.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Optometry or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
