We are looking for a highly skilled Data Driven Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and internal operations flow to provide accurate commercial-related reports for internal and external use.

You will manage and ensure high quality of content/presentations/messaging issued to customers, including but not limited to SLA reports, Monthly Business Reviews, and others.

Additionally, you will look at internal systems and processes for the development of automation to capture data for daily consumption and analysis, e.g., tracking and reporting for SLA, rejection records, re-planned MAWBs.

As a key member of our team, you will analyze load factor to increase utilization rate, route planning for new sectors exporting from JHB and PEN, and develop a dashboard for monitoring and optimization of performance, including but not limited to Rejection rate, Load factor, Parcel profile, and others.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analyzing data and internal operations flow to provide accurate commercial-related reports
