This role focuses on identifying top talent across Southeast Asia while managing recruitment-related administration and vendor coordination.
The ideal candidate will work closely with regional recruiters, utilizing various sourcing techniques and maintaining accurate databases and reporting systems.
- Source qualified candidates through Boolean search, talent mapping, and direct outreach.
- Maintain up-to-date sourcing trackers and candidate databases for accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors for onboarding, document management, and deliverables.
- Handle administrative tasks such as vendor invoice processing and contract tracking.
- Contribute to improving sourcing processes and recruitment operations.
This opportunity requires 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or HR operations, preferably in a regional setting.
The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential for this role. Experience coordinating with external vendors or recruitment agencies is also highly valued.
