About The Role

This Accounts Receivable Specialist position plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization by providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data into ERPs.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to guarantee that all payments are accounted for, properly posted, and offsetted.
  • Respond to client inquiries and perform other clerical tasks related to maintaining accounts receivable records.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by emailing bill reminders to clients.
  • Generate statements of accounts and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Account Receivables/ Full-set account.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
