We are seeking an HR Data Administrator to support the HR team in ensuring timely and accurate data entry, audits, and reporting within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and confidential employment-related transactions, including data entry for new hires, job changes, and terminations in Oracle.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support onboarding check-ins via Oracle Journeys and pre-onboarding administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2 years of HR experience.
- Proven HR experience in a manufacturing environment or in a HR shared service role is preferred.
- Oracle experience is highly preferred and working experience in HR systems is essential.
