Production Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced production supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and be able to effectively manage a team to meet production goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Production Planning: Develop and implement daily production plans to meet business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, communicate, and organize the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
  3. Workforce Development: Identify training needs and develop strategies to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  4. Safety and Quality: Ensure safe use of equipment, schedule regular maintenance, and enforce strict safety guidelines to maintain high-quality products.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Submit reports on performance and progress, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate Qualifications: Certificates/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering Mechanical/Electric & Electronic or equivalent.
  2. Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Machinery Experience: Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
  4. Leadership Abilities: Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of success.
  5. Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-driven, and excellent problem-solving skills.
