Retail CFO

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a Retail CFO to lead our financial strategy and operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth business and take ownership of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail or consumer industries, with expertise in financial modeling and business performance evaluation. Key requirements include:

• Chartered Accountant with experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and operational teams
• Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with Scala (US-based system) and Microsoft systems used in Indonesia is a plus
