As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will lead the department to drive operational process transformations through new digitalization and innovative ideas. Manage overall department performance, resources, and budgets effectively.

Innovation and Strategy

Develop and implement digital roadmaps to enhance credit decision-making processes and customer onboarding journeys. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.

Technology and Database Management

Leverage and optimize AI tools, technology, and database capabilities to meet company objectives. Ensure seamless integration and data management to support business growth.

Business Driver and Stakeholder Liaison

Main liaison to communicate, negotiate, and manage internal/external stakeholders. Oversee project management and present to management accordingly.

Performance Monitoring

Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure company objectives are achieved. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements

You must have a strong understanding of credit operations and processes. Experience and knowledge in credit innovation, as well as a proven track record of directing enterprise projects or transformation projects, are essential. A degree in Business, Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Systems, or equivalent is required. Leadership skills, capable of empowering and leading a department to meet business goals, are necessary.
