About the Role

MKS Instruments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a dynamic and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for Malaysia, with occasional involvement in other Southeast Asia regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Recruitment Plans: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill the organization's staffing needs.
  • Manage the Recruitment Lifecycle: Source, screen, and select top talent for various roles, from entry-level positions to executive leadership roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, including local higher educational institutions and polytechnics.
  • Drive Employer Branding Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance MKS Instruments' reputation as an employer of choice, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge on best practices in talent acquisition, ensuring recruitment processes and strategies remain effective and efficient.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Education: A relevant field of study.
  • International Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in international recruiting, with a focus on hiring across all levels of the organization.
  • Campus Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in campus recruitment is preferred.
  • Manufacturing or Engineering Background: Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
  • Agency Recruitment or RPO Experience: Agency recruitment or RPO experience is a plus.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven Track Record of Success: A proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
