Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, striking-off of companies, and preparation of directors' / shareholders' resolutions.
• Amendments to company constitution.
• Share allotment and/or share transfers.
• Perform Customer Due Diligence and KYC checks.
• Maintain register of controllers, nominee shareholders, and directors
• Maintain statutory records, registers and other relevant documents required by laws and regulations of Companies Act.
• To maintain and keep updated on statutory registers and records, file annual returns, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
• To organize and coordinate board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs) and ensure that decisions and resolutions are properly documented and implemented.
• To perform any other corporate tasks as per required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of SSM will be advantageous.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
