• Minimum qualification of SPM or related certificate
• At least 1 year of related experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer literacy
• Friendly, professional personality, able to handle tasks with confidence and independence.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
• High initiative and dependability; able to work extended hours if required

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Visitor Management
• Greet and receive all visitors warmly, ensuring a positive and professional impression
• Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment
Correspondence and Call Handling
• Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.
• Answer incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed
Record Management and Filling
• Maintain departmental records, ensuring an organized filling system for easy retrieval and accuracy
Administrative Support
• Assist with general office administration, including supply orders, scheduling, and handling of office facilities
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management to support office operations
