This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to determine project requirements and communicate deliverables.
- Design and develop structurally sound corrugated displays and packaging, ensuring feasibility for printing, die-cutting, gluing, and assembly.
- Conceptualize and prototype creative display solutions for both existing and new customers.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive innovative display solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs while meeting project deadlines consistently.
- Create samples and mock-ups for customer approvals.
- Review and refine designs, resolving structural issues and optimizing performance to meet industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in corrugated POP display or packaging design, including prototype assembly.
- 1 year of experience in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop for production artwork.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of printing production processes and materials.
