**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated Video Editor to join our growing team at SifuTutor and NakNgaji. Your main responsibility is to edit video content for social media, marketing, events, and internal use. While your core focus is post-production, you should also be comfortable handling basic video shoots when needed—mainly for social content, testimonials, and event coverage.

This is not a content creator role—you’ll work closely with our marketing and internal team who will provide footage, shoot direction, and content briefs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Edit video content for social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and internal use.

2. Polish raw footage into engaging, brand-aligned final videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.

3. Support basic video and photo shoots, especially for testimonials, event coverage, or behind-the-scenes content.

4. Organize and maintain project files, backups, and content libraries.

5. Ensure all visual content follows SifuTutor and NakNgaji brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s in Multimedia, Film, Creative Arts, or a related field.

2. Strong editing skills with a portfolio of social media or short-form videos.

3. Familiarity with camera operation (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting basics, and audio setup.

4. Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.

5. Able to follow directions, meet deadlines, and work efficiently on multiple projects.

3. Some photo editing ability (Lightroom/Photoshop).
