- Deliver quality & systematic classroom and web based training.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans to increase learning experience for trainee & students.
- Support company in promoting marketing event related activities.
- Perform product demo during Product Seminar.
- Maintain professional relationship and support any matter related teaching & learning with course trainee.
- Ensure distributor’s teacher & outstation teacher teaching quality.
- Follow up and ensure on time & accuracy of course fee collection from direct students.
- Manage direct students’ progress and achievements.
- Monitoring and reporting of direct student’s progress.
- Monitoring trainee teaching quality.
- Organize the learning venue and resources to encourage positive learning environment.
- **Requirements**:
- At least ** years working in educational teaching or training.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is a MUST.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel to support various sites for teaching (within certain area).
- Computer literate.
